New kid on the block Luna is ready to take the world by storm with the release of her brand new single ‘Immortalise’. The infectious track has been lifted off her eagerly anticipated upcoming EP ‘Nostalgia’ which is due for release this Autumn.

‘Immortalise’ was written about a time when Luna’s mental health was at its worst, but she still describes it as being about, “Idealism and romanticism, and looking for meaning in the world around you. The want to dig beyond the visuality and find something less tangible and record and create meaning out of that”.

Luna grew up around the London music scene, and began writing as a young child while self-teaching herself the guitar. She is currently studying at the London School of Economics, but previously interned at Young Turks for several months, which opened her eyes to more electronic based music. An avid gig goer and music lover, her stint as an intern was unpaid so she worked on the bar at 02 Shepherds Bush Empire, “I love watching live music, so thought it was the perfect side job!” the singer states. Later influence from ticketing start-up Dice immersed Luna in pop after growing up on folk artists like Bob Dylan and Laura Marling.
